When will my order be shipped?

 We ship all orders within 1-2 days. (Custom orders ship within 10-14 days) All items you currently see on our site are in stock. Orders are filled as they are placed.

United States: FREE First Class with Confirmation Anywhere within United States for orders $20.00 or more

Orders under $20.00 will be charged 3.98 to be delivered by United States Postal Service..

 Orders of $150.00 or more will receive Free Priority Mail Shipping.

Addalinkofcharm.com will not and does not accept responsibility for items lost in the mail.

 We offer free First Class Shipping with Confirmation on all orders. However if you return the items we will bill your account $5.98 for shipping, handling, and restocking the item or items. 

Canada:  First Class with Confirmation Anywhere within Canada  is $5.98.

Priority Canadian Post is chosen and then the cost will be $13.45 Anywhere within Canada. 

Orders of $150.00 or more will receive Free Priority Mail Shipping per Canadian Post.

Canada Express Mail International rate is $28.95

    *  Your order should be packaged within 24-48 hours, and you will receive an e-mail confirmation when it has been shipped. You can usually expect your package to arrive in 3 to 10 business days, depending on your location, and holiday mail volume. You may purchase optional shipping insurance to cover risk of loss, theft or damage during shipping.

    *  2 year limited warranty on case, case back, crowns, pushers, watch dial, hands and SS bracelets.

Warranty will void if product is tampered or repaired by non-Authorized entities, the product serial number or code has been removed, defaced or altered. Damages, breakage or scratches are due to wear and tear, abnormal use, misuse, negligence, abuse, accident, alteration, improper storage, abnormal conditions, exposure to moisture or humidity, saltwater damage or residues, and discoloration due to swimming, detergents or other chemicals, abnormal marks such as dent, indentations and scratches or any indication of applied forces beyond the structural integrity of designs, which might have contribute directly or indirectly and caused the damage or other acts which are not the fault of D'Linq Brand, including damage caused by shipping.

Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, abnormal use, misuse, negligence, abuse, accident, alteration, improper storage, abnormal conditions, exposure to moisture or humidity, saltwater damage or residues, and discoloration due to swimming, detergents or other chemicals, abnormal marks such as dent, indentations and scratches or any indication of applied forces beyond the structural integrity of designs, which might have contribute directly or indirectly and caused the damage or other acts which are not the fault of D'Linq Brand, including damage caused by shipping.
